As Building Surveyors in the commercial property sector we have been involved in the procurement of a wide and diverse range of building projects, since our inception in 2000.

These have varied in contract value from a few thousand pounds to several million.

For the higher value projects our role has been that of the traditional PM where our role has been to manage the individual members of the design team.

We often advise on the selection of individual team members appropriate to the project. e.g. quantity surveyor, interior designer, structural engineer, mechanical and electrical services consultant.
